Shipping Information
You may expect your order at your door step within 7 - 10 business days, however for most orders it is usually sooner. Please note generally it takes 2 - 3 business days to process and pack your order, which is based on typical order volume. Once your order is processed and packed it is shipped via the United States Postal Service and is typically received within 5 - 7 business days. If you have not received your order within 15 business days please contact us.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange (minus 15% restocking fee). In order to receive a refund on the "My Audible Trainer" set, the product must be returned unopened with the seal intact (no exceptions). Due to the nature of the product we unable to accept opened MyAudibleTrainer Set returns at this time.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. "My Audible Trainer" sets that have been opened may not be returned. Be aware returns which are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Please note there will be a 15% Restocking Fee placed on all accepted returns.
